Director of Claims
JACQUELINE DAILEY
As the Director of Claims, Jacqui manages a large team of workers’ compensation claim analysts. She and her team play a key role in operations, litigation, and client services. She is responsible for developing and implementing workflows to ensure the quality and integrity of each identified case to maximize workers’ compensation claim recovery opportunities.
Jacqui holds a Medical Billing Certificate and an Associates Degree in Science. Additionally, she is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
