Mitch oversees the day-to-day operations of 4600Boehm’s Client Services department to ensure we are meeting each client’s specific needs with the utmost quality and responsiveness. As part of this assurance, Mitch often serves as a project manager on client contracts. Additionally, Mitch supports 4600Boehm’s internal teams with marketing efforts, internal process development, and quality assurance enhancements for our payment integrity clients.

Mitch holds both a Medical Billing Certificate and an Introduction to Paralegal Studies Certificate.

To me, our quality and integrity value truly embody the 4600Boehm way and the value we bring to our clients. We only bring services to the table that we do well and that we know benefit our clients. These clients value the lengths we go to as we secure and represent their interests. I think when you make promises to your customers/clients, it is vital that you deliver on your deliverables. During this process, it is essential to be transparent and not promise or commit to initiatives that you cannot deliver on. Transparency is critical in my work as the Director of Client Services to establish and build relationships of trust and respect with our customers.
