As Chief Counsel David Akopyan leads the Litigation Department, comprised of highly experienced attorneys and hearing representatives. David initially joined 4600Boehm in 2019 as an Associate Attorney and took the role of Managing Attorney in 2021. David received his undergraduate degree at the University of California San Diego and earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School.

David’s lien litigation experience extends to the Court of Appeal, 4^th Appellate District. David’s wide-ranging expertise includes representing Health Plans, Unions, Trust Funds, Hospitals and Government Agencies to name a few.
